Job Description

Position Purpose:
This position is primarily responsible for directing alltechnical aspects of the company by planning implementing and reviewing networkservices, cloud technology and related systems.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Fostersculture of customer focused services.
  • Ensuresthat all members centers are supported with all technology necessary to connectand communicate safely and securely and supports HCN recommendations forinfrastructure.
  • Monitorsmanagement of all hardware, software, licenses, maintenance and projections offuture needs.
  • Recommendstechnology strategies and ensures that processes meet expectations for federal,state, and community privacy and security.
  • Implementbest practices, process and tools to enable customer success.
  • Supportsstandard change control for upgrades, and new system implementations.
  • Reviewstickets and resolves escalations.
  • Providesprogram recommendations and revision plans.
  • Leadstechnology teams in day to day operations; provides key expertise and setsperformance goals.
  • Conductstechnical reviews of products or solutions to compare and evaluate theirapplicability.
  • Otherduties may be assigned.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required for this Position:
  •  Indepth knowledge of system architecture, networking topology, cloudinfrastructure, and UC technology
  •  Knowledgeof customer service excellence and best practices with service.
  •  Mustbe able to successfully lead a team of engineers in an organized and efficientmanner to achieve corporate goals for network expansion and deliverables.
  •  Mustbe detail oriented with good organizational/time management skills to assignand adjust reporting personnel action items as necessary
  •  Mustbe able to prioritize/re-prioritize personnel and own tasks as needed in afast-paced working environment, especially when dealing with time sensitiveissues/mandated deadlines
  •  Musthave strong writing and presentation skills
Education, Experience and Certifications:
  •  15years of experience in an Information Technology related position and/orBachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology or related field or equivalentcombined experience.
  •  CertifiedScrumMaster (CSM), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)Foundation preferred.
