Position Purpose:
This position is primarily responsible for directing all technical aspects of the company by planning implementing and reviewing network services, cloud technology and related systems.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Fosters culture of customer focused services.
  • Ensures that all members centers are supported with all technology necessary to connect and communicate safely and securely and supports HCN recommendations for infrastructure.
  • Monitors management of all hardware, software, licenses, maintenance and projections of future needs.
  • Recommends technology strategies and ensures that processes meet expectations for federal, state, and community privacy and security.
  • Implement best practices, process and tools to enable customer success.
  • Supports standard change control for upgrades, and new system implementations.
  • Reviews tickets and resolves escalations.
  • Provides program recommendations and revision plans.
  • Leads technology teams in day to day operations; provides key expertise and sets performance goals.
  • Conducts technical reviews of products or solutions to compare and evaluate their applicability.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required for this Position:
  •  In depth knowledge of system architecture, networking topology, cloud infrastructure, and UC technology
  •  Knowledge of customer service excellence and best practices with service.
  •  Must be able to successfully lead a team of engineers in an organized and efficient manner to achieve corporate goals for network expansion and deliverables.
  •  Must be detail oriented with good organizational/time management skills to assign and adjust reporting personnel action items as necessary
  •  Must be able to prioritize/re-prioritize personnel and own tasks as needed in a fast-paced working environment, especially when dealing with time sensitive issues/mandated deadlines
  •  Must have strong writing and presentation skills
Education, Experience and Certifications:
  •  15 years of experience in an Information Technology related position and/or Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology or related field or equivalent combined experience.
  •  Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation preferred.
